Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn, original condition.
Hand Over to Courier
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and schedule a pickup or drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
